It is an amazing place to get the creative juices flowing(residents can get a bit hostile though!). It was also nice to go out with a few togs of varying experience, pick up a few tips and see how others work. It's a lovely little village isn't it. Another well worth a visit is Lacock. Really unusual in that you don't see any TV arials or electricity wires anywhere making for some really timeless shots.
(Thought your Castle Combe set deserved it's own thread BTW so I moved it here)

10/52 pattern and texture. this was actually quitea challenge because I have a little fear thing of birds! so I went of to the deer and bird park and Prinknash. To add to my woes I decided to use a broken lens that will only focus manually(not to mention a focal length that I dont normally use). I got some lovely shot that I will upload in a seperate post but here is my favporite one for the 52 challenge

I went out this morning to do some action sport photography with of camera flash. it was very bright sun and was actually more tricky than I though. I had a disappointing hit rate. But I did get this one that I liked .

I think the problem was that I had to keep the shutter speed in sync with the flash and it wasnt freezing the action so the motion was quite often blurred. Think I need HSSAnything in particular you struggled with?I went out this morning to do some action sport photography with of camera flash. it was very bright sun and was actually more tricky than I though.
